K9 Friends operates from 7 am to 530 pm, Monday to Friday.
If you’d like your puppy or dog to become a doggy daycare client or an overnight stay client here at K9 Friends; it is required for them to have their vaccinations up-to-date.
Yes, we do. The application process includes a 2 day-doggy daycare trial/assessment period. During this trial, our head dog behaviourist and trainer will assess the potential doggy client. This way we ensure the dog is a good fit for K9 Friends and vice versa. Overnight stay clients need to be fully crate-trained prior to becoming a K9 Friends client.
Please fill out the ‘Contact Us’ form and book a 10 minute phone consult with our head trainer. To book the consult, click the ‘Booking’ section of the website. Our head trainer and behaviourist would then call you at your scheduled phone appointment and discuss your dog’s needs. After this conversation, you would book an initial training consultation/assessment for your dog.
You can fill out the grooming questionnaire/liability waiver under the “Forms” section of the website and then click “Submit”. Alternatively, you can fill out the ‘Contact Us’ form and a K9 Friends team member will contact you shortly to discuss your grooming needs.
We do not have a breed restriction. Our policy is all-inclusive and our 2-day doggy daycare assessment which is part of our application process; ensures that all dogs that become K9 Friends’ clients are stable, happy, balanced and safe pack members.
For doggy daycare, our drop-off window is 7 am to 9 am and our pick-up window is 3 pm to 530 pm, Monday to Friday.
We are located in Clayton Heights on 2.5 acres.
